It depends on the course. Our Foundation Knowledge courses — Anatomy & Physiology and Advanced Client Consultation — are open to anyone with a genuine interest in aesthetics. Core and Advanced courses such as Dermaplaning, Chemical Peels, Microneedling, and Skin Boosters require a Level 2 or this training Beauty Therapy qualification (or equivalent healthcare background). Each course page lists its specific entry requirements.

Yes — each course is purchased individually and added to your student dashboard. You can study as many courses as you like simultaneously, and your progress is tracked separately for each one.

Absolutely. Our online learning platform is available 24/7, so you can study whenever it suits you. There are no deadlines for completing theory modules, and you can revisit content as many times as you need.

Each module includes a short quiz to reinforce your learning — you must pass it to complete the module. All modules are available from the moment you enrol, so you can study in any order. Once you've completed all modules in a course, you'll sit a timed final exam. The pass mark is 80% — if you don't pass first time, you can retake the exam.

Course lengths vary. Foundation courses are around 3–8 CPD hours, Core Skin Treatment courses are approximately 15.5–16.5 CPD hours, and Advanced courses range from 12–18.5 CPD hours. Since you study at your own pace, the calendar time is entirely up to you.

On passing the final exam, you'll receive a Rose Skin Academy certificate with a unique certificate number (e.g. RS-2026-00001). Your certificate includes a QR code that links to a public verification page, so employers and insurers can confirm its authenticity.

Yes. All Rose Skin Academy courses carry CPD (Continuing Professional Development) hours. The CPD hours for each course are displayed on the course page — they range from 3 hours for short courses to 18.5 hours for our most comprehensive programmes.

Course pricing is currently available on request while Emma finalises the price list. The academy will confirm payment options directly when your training pathway is agreed.
