Last updated: April 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RoseSkin Aesthetics learning platform and services operated by Rose Skin Academy ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
Our courses are intended for adults aged 18 and over who meet the entry requirements specified for each programme. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet the stated prerequisites and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Account Registration
To access our learning platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Course Enrolment and Payment
Course fees are displayed on the relevant course page and are payable at the time of enrolment unless a payment plan is agreed. All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend course fees; however, any changes will not affect existing enrolments.
5. Refund Policy
You may request a refund within 14 days of enrolment, provided you have not accessed more than 25% of the course content. Refund requests should be sent to roseskinbrighton@gmail.com. Practical training day fees are non-refundable once a date has been confirmed, unless we cancel the session.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our platform — including course materials, videos, text, images, assessments, and branding — is the intellectual property of Rose Skin Academy or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent. Course materials are licensed for your personal educational use only.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials or course access with others
- Record, screenshot, or distribute course content
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with the security or operation of the platform
- Misrepresent your qualifications or training status
8. Certificates and Accreditation
Certificates are issued upon successful completion of all required theory and practical assessments. Certificates confirm training completion and are issued under the name registered on your account. We reserve the right to withhold or revoke certificates in cases of academic dishonesty or breach of these Terms.
9. Disclaimer
Our courses provide educational content and training. Completion of a course does not replace the need for appropriate professional indemnity insurance, regulatory compliance, or ongoing professional development. You are solely responsible for ensuring you meet all legal and regulatory requirements to practise in your jurisdiction.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rose Skin Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform or courses. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant course.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
